Sophia graduated at Sam Houston State University with a BBS in Agricultural based Animal Science. She brings with her over 5 years in the administration field. She currently is the Operations Administrator for the company and handles both office and field work. Her attributes include strong communications skills, computer and networking, scheduling and the handling of insurance claims for our customers. She assists the owners, superintendents and marketing director with office and field work and maintains constant communication with the contractors as well as vendors.She is the advocate between the client and insurance companies for home owners who are having difficulties in the insurance claim process. She assists all of our Spanish speaking clients to ensure there is complete communication between both parties.

Sophia spends her personal time reading, painting abstracts, gardening and animals. She is grateful for the many blessings that God has given her and continues to grow spiritually daily.

Vincent Jackson brings with him over ten years experience in the catastrophic claims adjustment field.  He specializes in Xactimate, construction build back and build outs.  He began his career in the roofing industry and became employed with major restoration companies throughout his career.  Vincent is actively involved with his customers through the insurance claim process and has the experience and knowledge to assist his customers with one on one contact with their insurance carriers.  He excels in scheduling all facets of craftsmanship in order to expedite the build back of losses sustained by water and fire damage.  He has great customer relationships and continuously monitors and updates both the insured and the insurance companies.  He is dedicated to both Brian and Sheryl to assist in the growth and development of Absolute Restoration and Remodeling, LLC by his loyalty to the company in which he represents. 

Vincent enjoys both his children and a love for life and anything to do with the outdoors.  He believes that with God that nothing is impossible.  He feels very blessed in his life and continues to strive to be a beacon unto others.

Derek is an insurance claims adjuster that has worked the greater Houston and Dallas area for five years. He has extensive experience in TWIA claims for Harris, Brazoria, and Galveston Counties. He is highly experienced in residential and commercial losses that has a sustained a wide variety of perils. He is trained and experienced with meeting engineers, attorneys, public adjusters, and appraisers. Derek handles day to day administrative operations to ensure proper submission of paperwork to ensure a smooth flow between the insurance company and the insured. He has adjusted over 1000 claims which includes wind, hail, fire, flood, water backup, theft and auto claims. He has been trained by industry leading professional who value both self-review and paying attention to details. Customer service and compassion for his clients is what Derek prides himself most with. Assisting people through a loss and being a part of building back their lives is something that makes Derek a unique individual in the insurance adjusting field. Derek is NFIP Certified as well as TWIA Certified.

Brian graduated from the University of Houston-Downtown with a BBA in Business Marketing in 2009. He brings with him over 5 years experience with branding and strategic marketing. Possessing a strong sales atmosphere and attitude, he is able to create a unique target market for his employer as well as strong client relationships. He is committed to maintain a constant presence within the business community as well as local organizations and charitable events. Brian understands his gift of building genuine relationships which allows him to excel both in the marketing and client support field for Absolute Restoration and Remodeling, LLC. He is committed to quality brand marketing as well as supporting both office and field management.

Brian spends his personal time with his family as much as possible. He also loves to play soccer, go scuba diving, camping, grilling and playing catch with his dog Bruno.

Kelly has over ten years experience in the administrative field while working with multi-family housing in the Brazoria County area.  She has exceptional experience in bookkeeping and all facets of legal documentation required by the State of Texas.  She assists in accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation reports, warranty paperwork, end of the month reports and collections.  Kelly demonstrates high customer service values and has an excellent record of customer service with all clients both past and present. 

Kelly enjoys spending time with her family as well as fishing and boating.  Kelly is also a witness to others that nothing is impossible with God and maintains her faith with Him always.
